Completion of the “LETAČ” Warehouse Complex with Cargo Transshipment Terminal
The “Letač” warehouse complex with a cargo transshipment terminal is our new project, which will begin operations in the third quarter of 2021. This will be a warehouse with an area of 29,770 m2, containing two industrial railway tracks measuring 391 m and 274 m, designed for storing containers and rolling stock, with an extraction track of 97 m. This will be a crucial hub for rail traffic logistics in the region, leased to an experienced client in this industry. The “Letač” complex, in addition to the open space for storing the aforementioned items, will also feature an office building with an area of 545 m2 and a warehouse building with an area of 3,560 m2. The facility will be located in Inđija, right next to the main railway station.
